No. You don’t pay us a cent. The bank pays us when your loan settles. So you get our advice, our help, and all the work we do for free. If there’s anything outside the box, we’ll let you know before you sign anything, so there are no surprises.

Your bank only provides you their loan products. We work with a whole panel of banks and lenders, so we look at all of them and find the one that fits you best. If your bank still has the best deal, we’ll tell you and you can stay with them. We’re on your side, not theirs.

Most home loans take about 4 to 6 weeks from your first chat with us to settlement day. Some go quicker. Some take a bit longer if your situation is tricky. We’ll tell you up front what to expect, so you can plan around it

Your last two payslips, your last two bank statements, ID, and a list of what you owe (credit cards, car loan, that sort of thing). If you’re self-employed, we’ll need your tax returns. We send you a checklist so you don’t have to guess.
